Introduction

Masters Materials Science and Engineering Degrees is a Masters program taught at University of North Texas, USA. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (5-6 years) options.

This combined Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Master of Science (M.S.) program in Materials Science and Engineering helps you study the science and engineering of materials. You connect nano and microscopic structures to macroscopic properties, and you learn how to use these relationships to process materials and determine properties of finished products. Topics include biomedical materials, metals, polymers, glasses, and electronics.

The program is delivered on campus. It is organized as a combined degree pathway with an estimated time to complete of 5-6 years and 152 credit hours. Coursework includes topics such as Bonding and Structure, Transport Phenomena in Materials, and Thermodynamics of Materials, which support understanding materials processing and properties. Training is supported by a high-tech facility and research with modern equipment and facilities.
