Bachelor's in Engineering
Introduction
Engineering is a Bachelor program taught at Victor Valley College, USA. Intake: Fall, Spring. The program is offered in campus-based modes with full-time (4 years) options.
The Ivan Curry School of Engineering at Acadia University offers an applied engineering program with an emphasis on hands-on opportunities in design and prototyping. Students spend their first two years in a smaller, foundation-focused program, then transition to a larger engineering school—usually Dalhousie—where they can choose from seven disciplines: Chemical, Civil, Computer, Environmental, Electrical, Industrial, and Mechanical.
Acadia offers flexible pathways: a two-year Certificate of Applied Science with 23 courses, a three-year Bachelor of Applied Science with 30 courses, or combined programs pairing engineering with a BSc in biology, chemistry, math, or physics. Co-op is available in 3rd and 4th year at Dalhousie University, and study abroad is available for engineering programs accredited under The Washington Accord.
