The Diploma in Visitor Attraction Management is a Continuous Development Programme offered by Technological University Dublin in conjunction with the Association of Visitor Experiences and Attractions (AVEA). The programme is designed for people who are currently working in the Visitor Attraction sector or who wish to work in it. It uses a practical and applied approach with blended learning, and includes opportunities for online and face-to-face learning plus site visits.
Delivery combines online and face-to-face classes at the University’s new campus in Grangegorman, plus virtual and in-person site visits. The programme also includes tutorials, workshops, industry speakers and field trips, with modules delivered across two semesters. Applicants can learn at their own pace, and the course includes assignments.
