Trinity College Dublin PhD Scholarships in Catholic Theology

The Loyola Trust sponsors a PhD Scholarship in Catholic Theology that “fully cover[s] the university's fees for an EU Student” and provides an annual award of €12,000 for maintenance. The scholarship is for a period of four years. It is supported through the Loyola Trust, funded by the Augustinians, Carmelites (O.Carm.), Columbans, Jesuits, Loreto Sisters, Marists, Oblates, and Society of African Missions.

The scholarship is open to new entrants to the full-time PhD register who are resident in Ireland or within the European Union. It is available to PhD projects supervised by a full-time permanent member of the Affiliated academic staff of the Loyola Institute/School of Religion, Theology, and Peace Studies at Trinity College Dublin.
