Bachelor of Business Human Resources Management

The Bachelor of Business Human Resources Management at Mandhu College prepares students to address challenges in the business environment with a focus on human resource strategies. Students study business, accounting, management, marketing, and specialized human resource management skills.

The course is three academic years long with six semesters, each of 15 weeks, delivered through a virtual campus. It covers operational and strategic aspects of human resource management, including managing people and workplace arrangements.

The program suits students interested in business who want to specialize in human resource management, aiming at roles that support organizational effectiveness and competitive advantage.

• Successful completion of Higher Secondary Education OR
• Attainment of a Level 4 qualification in a related field OR
• Attainment of a Level 4 Foundation Study Program approved for the specific Diploma program.

Alternative criteria include:

• 20 years old, completion of a Level 4 qualification (unrelated), and successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program OR
• 20 years old, completion of secondary school, 2 years of relevant work experience, and successful completion of an MQA approved University Preparation Program (available at Mandhu College).
