Bachelor of Teaching Islam Dhivehi

The Bachelor of Teaching (Islam & Dhivehi) enables teachers to deepen their classroom understanding and upgrade their qualifications to degree level. The program builds teaching skills and theoretical knowledge while addressing relevant educational issues. It is structured over three academic years with six semesters, each semester lasting 15 weeks. The course is offered through a virtual campus with multiple intakes per year.

• GCE A/Level or equivalent OR
• An MNQF Level 4 qualification in Teaching
• Alternative criteria: Completion of a Level 4 qualification (unrelated), and successful completion of an MQA approved university preparation program OR
• 20 years old, completion of secondary school, 2 years of relevant work experience and successful completion of an MQA approved university preparation program.
