The Bachelor of Business Management and Bachelor of Law (BBM-LL.B) is a five-year integrated full-time course that combines legal and business education. Students study law foundations alongside compulsory business administration modules, covering areas such as corporate accounting, finance, strategic management, personnel management, marketing, and business law. The program uses a semester pattern spanning 10 semesters and includes clinical legal education for practical legal experience under supervision. The course aims to develop lawyers skilled in both legal and business fields, preparing graduates for roles in law practice, corporate sectors, and public enterprises. It suits those who want to work as lawyers with a management perspective and meets requirements for practicing law in Nepal. Graduates can pursue further studies in law or business administration.

• Completion of 10+2 or intermediate or equivalent for at least two years in any discipline with minimum 45% aggregate or CGPA 2.0 out of 4.0 from KU recognized universities/boards.
• Provisional admission for those who have appeared in final qualifying exams but passed all previous years.
• Specific recognized qualifications:
  • University of Cambridge A-Level: Three A levels and one AS level, aggregate PUM 50% or minimum D/d grades.
  • International Baccalaureate: Minimum 6 subjects with 26 points aggregate (including 3 higher level courses).
  • CTEVT Nepal: Three-year diploma with 50% aggregate.
  • CBSE India: 50% aggregate.
• Passing the Kathmandu University Law School Admission Test (KULSAT) in the current year.
