Master in Land Administration

This Master in Land Administration program focuses on integrating legal, social, economic, technical, planning, and management aspects of land issues. It emphasizes geo-spatial technologies and geo-information management. The course runs over four semesters, each with 15 credit hours, combining core and elective courses. In the third semester, students undertake a 3-month full-time Problem Assessment Project addressing land-related challenges. The thesis follows, lasting about 5 months full-time, often based on the project outcome and involving validation of proposed solutions. Two prescribed courses aligned with the thesis are also taken in the third semester. The course suits mid-career professionals addressing land-related problems and prepares graduates for roles in various sectors including government, NGOs, and private practice.

• Mid-career with Bachelor (2 years) in Science plus Senior Survey Course, minimum 14 years study, 3 years land-related experience, 2.0 CGPA or 50% aggregate
• Mid-career with Post Graduate Diploma in land-related discipline, minimum 14 years study, 3 years land-related experience, 2.0 CGPA or 50% aggregate
