The Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, major in Culinary Entrepreneurship, is offered by the College of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Department of Hospitality Management, at the University of Santo Tomas. The program focuses on tools and strategies for becoming hospitality entrepreneurs who run and manage personal or family businesses using innovative and creative culinary concepts, products, and services. It includes study connected to restaurants, cafes, hotels, school food service, and catering services.
The curriculum uses dynamic academic and research projects and activities. The program schedule is organised into first term (August to December), second term (January to May), and special term (June to July). Course components shown include lectures and laboratory hours for specific modules, such as Garde Manger. Student support services include academic, spiritual, and wellness concerns, with services transitioned to online when the university shifted to distance learning.
