The Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management major in Hospitality Leadership at the University of Santo Tomas prepares students for management careers across hospitality industry segments such as restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, clubs, resorts, bed and breakfasts, inns, events, cruise and airline industry. The curriculum develops hospitality leadership and management skills, focuses on guest expectations, and supports ethical and legal practice.
Students follow a curriculum that includes dynamic academic and research projects and activities. The program schedule is organized into terms, with a first term (August to December), a second term (January to May), and a special term (June to July). It includes required courses such as National Service Training Program, Physical Activities Toward Health and Fitness, Purposive Communication, Readings in Philippine History, and hospitality-focused modules covering tourism and hospitality perspectives, risk management, foreign language, and quality service management.
