The Bachelor of Science in Information Systems at Silliman University covers computing and programming, information systems fundamentals, data structures and algorithms, IT infrastructure and network technologies, database administration, and systems analysis and design. It also includes business performance evaluation, enterprise system architecture, knowledge management, human-computer interaction, and business intelligence, along with information systems electives.
Learning is structured across first semester and second semester terms, with major requirements spread through the program and a summer capstone project. Students complete a capstone project in two parts and finish with a practicum for IS that includes 486 hours. The curriculum lists a total of 152 credit units.
