The Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management, major in Travel Operation and Service Management at the University of Santo Tomas is a four-year degree related to hospitality and tourism education. Students study history, travel, language, and other cultural aspects, with a focus on management, operations, and service delivery for the travel and tourism industry. The program includes learning and application of skills for travel agency management, tour arranging and planning, travel industry operations and procedures, tourism marketing and promotion strategies, travel counseling, travel industry law, international and domestic operations, and travel and tourism policy.
