Bachelor S Degree Forensic Psychology

The Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Psychology studies the interaction of psychology and the law. It explores how psychological expertise may be applied to the justice system. The degree looks at assessment and treatment of criminal behavior and how to understand why certain behavior occurs and how to minimize and prevent it. Forensic psychologists practise psychology within the criminal justice system and civil courts.

This is an online distance learning bachelor’s degree. The program is 100% based on textbooks, and it requires 130 academic credits. Credit breakdown includes 40 credits in General Education (which may be transferred from previous education and professional experience) and 84 academic credits in Forensic Psychology Online, plus other additional subjects. Students also complete reports, projects, and a thesis for BIU earned credits.
