The Bachelor’s Degree of Mindfulness explains a type of meditation focused on being intensely aware of what you sense and feel in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. The course includes breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices aimed at relaxing the body and mind and helping reduce stress.
Study is delivered online via distance learning. The program requires 130 academic credits and uses a structure that is 100% based on textbooks. It includes 40 credits in general education, 51 academic credits in Mindfulness Online, and other additional subjects. Credits earned at Bircham International University include reports, projects, and a thesis.
