Bachelor S Degree Religion

The Bachelor’s Degree in Religion via distance learning focuses on the academic study of the world’s major religious traditions, including Hinduism and Buddhism, the religions of China and Japan, Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. Students study common dimensions of religious experience; the interaction of religion and culture; theoretical analysis of religious belief and experience; religious expression in myth, ritual, symbol, and social organization; and religious responses to archetypal problems of human experience.

The program is delivered online via distance learning. It uses a structure that is 100% based on textbooks, with study, evaluation, and assessment. It requires 130 academic credits, including 40 credits in general education and 81 academic credits in Religion online, plus other additional subjects. Fees include program of study, textbooks, study guide, evaluation and assessment, diploma, and transcript. Admission is open for adults over 23 years of age.
