This Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics via distance learning covers the principles of statistics and probability used across many disciplines. It focuses on interpreting results and on presenting and evaluating assumptions. You study topics such as describing and summarizing data, probability and discrete and continuous probability distributions, sampling distributions, process control charts, estimation procedures, hypothesis testing, the design of experiments, and linear and multiple regression models.
The program is delivered through distance learning and is 100% based on textbooks. It requires 130 academic credits, including 40 credits in general education and 63 academic credits for Statistics Online, plus additional subjects. Credits include BIU earned credits through academic work such as reports, projects, and a thesis.
Admission is open for adults over 23 years of age. The cost includes the program of study, textbooks, a study guide, evaluation and assessment, diploma, and transcript, and payment plans are available upon request in up to 36 monthly installments.
