Bachelor S Degree Viticulture

This Bachelor’s Degree in viticulture explores the science, production, and study of grapes, including events that occur in the vineyard. It covers duties such as monitoring and controlling pests and diseases, fertilizing, irrigation, monitoring fruit development and characteristics, deciding when to harvest, and vine pruning. It also describes how vineyard management and grape characteristics connect with winemaking.

The program is delivered as a distance-learning bachelor’s degree online. It includes 130 academic credits, with composition of 40 credits in general education plus 66 academic credits in viticulture online, along with other additional subjects.
