The Doctor Ph.D. Degree in Coaching & Leadership via distance learning is part of the Faculty of Psychology. It focuses on guidance for coaching leaders, including core philosophies and capabilities, and how coaching success connects mind, body, spirit, and emotion to behavior. The program uses an integrated approach that relates life coaching to the business environment, empowerment, leadership, and overall success.
Students complete distance learning study with a program structure of 70% textbooks and 30% thesis. The required academic credits are 45 to 72 above a Master’s program. The program composition includes 36 academic credits for Coaching & Leadership Online and 18 academic credits for research methodology and a final project or thesis.
Admission is open for adults over 27 years of age, with a Master’s degree or an international equivalent required for admission. Previous knowledge in this field of study is required. Fees include the program of study, textbooks, study guide, evaluation and assessment, diploma, and transcript. Payment plans are available upon request up to 36 monthly installments.
