Doctor PhD Degree Community Social Development

Bircham International University offers a Doctor Ph.D. Degree in Community & Social Development via distance learning. The program examines sociological factors in the development and evolution of society and the community, including diversity and ways to address economic, health, and social problems from a cross-cultural and social perspective.

Study is delivered as a structured distance learning program with 70% textbooks and 30% thesis. The program requires 45 to 72 academic credits above a Master’s program, including Community & Social Development online credits, plus research methodology and a final project or thesis. Admission is open for adults over 27 years of age with a Master’s degree or international equivalent.
