Doctor PhD Degree Conflict Resolution

The Doctor Ph.D. Degree in Conflict Resolution explores how two or more parties work toward a solution to a problem or dispute. It covers conflict resolution as methods and processes for facilitating a peaceful ending of conflict, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, diplomacy, and creative peacebuilding. The program is offered through the Faculty of Arts & Humanities via distance learning.

Study is delivered online as a distance learning program. The structure is 70% textbooks and 30% thesis. The degree requires 45 to 72 academic credits above a Master’s program, including 39 academic credits for Conflict Resolution Online and 18 academic credits for research methodology and a final project or thesis. Fees include the program of study, textbooks, study guide, evaluation and assessment, diploma, and transcript.
