Doctor PhD Degree Human Rights

The Doctor Ph.D. Degree in Human Rights via distance learning examines legal, political, and moral issues at national and international levels. The program aims to identify the ideological and political motivations behind global and regional regimes and Human Rights organizations. It also analyzes how nations and political parties adapt Human Rights doctrines to their own interests, and it focuses on developing methods for the practical application of Human Rights principles internationally.

The online program is structured as 70% textbooks and 30% thesis, with an average duration of 24 months. It requires 45 to 72 academic credits above a Master’s program. The composition includes 42 academic credits for Human Rights Online and 18 academic credits for research methodology and the final project or thesis. Study is distance learning for adults and professionals, with a program structure built around coursework and thesis work.
