The programme includes construction details for walls, floors, stairs, fireplaces, lighting, kitchens, and woodwork. It also covers decorative elements such as indoor plants, audiovisual systems, security, color theory, window treatments, elevators, indoor sports areas, and related topics. Delivery is via distance learning with a programme structure of 70% textbooks + 30% Thesis, supported by a research methodology and a final project or thesis.
