Doctor PhD Degree International Law

This Doctor Ph.D. Degree in International Law via distance learning explains how international law and its organizations influence how nations and multinational companies justify claims, reject adversaries, build coalitions, and negotiate compromises. The course covers principles of international law and problems in its application, including military force, arm control, international human rights, environment, investment, and trade. It also addresses the political and legal nature of international organizations.

The program is delivered online via distance learning and follows a structure of 70% textbooks and 30% thesis. Students complete 45 to 72 academic credits above a Master’s program. The degree includes 42 academic credits in International Law Online and additional credits for research methodology and a final project or thesis.
