Doctor PhD Degree Public Affairs

The Doctor Ph.D. Degree in Public Affairs reviews how to work with policy-making bodies, including regulators, commercial organizations, and other interested parties. It studies how political decisions affect the current economy and corporations, and how an organization manages relationships with stakeholders. Public affairs management also covers government relations, media communications, crisis management, corporate and social responsibility, information dissemination, and strategic communications.

This degree is delivered online via distance learning. The program is structured as 70% textbooks and 30% thesis, with 45 to 72 academic credits required. It includes 36 academic credits in Public Affairs Online and 18 academic credits for research methodology and a final project or thesis. The average duration is 24 months. Students study as adults and professionals using a flexible format.
