Doctor PhD Degree Real Estate

The Bircham International University Doctor Ph.D. Degree in Real Estate is a distance learning doctorate focused on the fundamentals of buying, selling, and owning real estate. It covers land rights and interests, title transfer, recordation, title and property insurance, forms of real estate ownership, real estate financing, legislative issues, and real estate investment. It also reviews financing and investment strategies and techniques.

The program is delivered via distance learning in a flexible format. The structure is 70% textbooks and 30% thesis. Students complete 45 to 72 academic credits above a Master’s program. The academic plan includes 27 academic credits for Real Estate Online, plus 18 academic credits for research methodology and a final project or thesis. The average duration is 24 months.

Admission is open for adults over 27 years of age. A Master’s degree or an international equivalent (5 years of study) is required for admission. Fees include the program of study, textbooks, study guide, evaluation and assessment, diploma, and transcript. Payment plans are available upon request up to 36 monthly installments.
