Doctor PhD Degree Sports Science

This Doctor Ph.D. Degree in Sports Science via distance learning studies how the healthy human body works during exercise, and how sport and physical activity promote health physically, mentally, and socially. The sports science study areas include physiology, performance psychology, nutrition, biomechanics, and biochemistry.

The program is structured as 70% textbooks and 30% thesis, with an average duration of 24 months. Credits are described as 45 to 72 academic credits, including 18 academic credits for research methodology and a final project or thesis. Textbooks are included in the fees, and the required report must be written in English unless authorization is gained to write in another language.
