The Bircham International University Doctor Ph.D. Degree in Zoology via distance learning examines biological principles, genetics, evolution, diversity, and animal anatomy and physiology. It also covers the mechanisms and evolutionary causes of animal behavior, illustrated with case studies using vertebrates and invertebrates.
The program is delivered through distance learning and uses a structure of 70% textbooks and 30% thesis. Students complete 45 to 72 academic credits, including Zoology Online credits and research methodology and a final project or thesis. Bibliography textbooks are included in the fees and can take between two to five weeks to reach the student’s address.
Admission is open for adults over 27 years of age.
A Master’s degree or international equivalent (5 years of study) is required for admission.
Previous knowledge in this field of study is required.
