Grado en Ingenieria Mecatronica Y Robotica

The Grado en Ingeniería Mecatrónica y Robótica at Universidad de Salamanca is designed to prepare graduates for interdisciplinary work using techniques and knowledge from mechanics, electronics, control, and informatics. It aims to form generalist engineering professionals who can carry out measurements, calculations, evaluations, appraisals, expert reports, studies, reports, plans for work, and other similar tasks related to intelligent products or systems.

Students study for four academic courses (240 ECTS). The curriculum is organized into basic formation subjects (60 ECTS), compulsory subjects (156 ECTS), optional subjects (12 ECTS), and the Trabajo Fin de Grado (12 ECTS). The program emphasizes applying learning outcomes in practical cases and building skills for designing, implementing, commissioning, and industrially manufacturing mechatronic equipment, including hardware and software integration.

• The degree is directed especially to students who have completed Bachillerato de Ciencia y Tecnología or Ciclos Formativos de Grado Superior of related higher vocational training cycles in Automatización Industrial, Robótica, or Mecatrónica.
• Recommended characteristics: strong interest in new technologies in the fields of Mecánica de Mecanismos, Electrónica, and Programación; strong skills related to those fields; good knowledge of Mathematics, Physics, and related knowledge of ICT; knowledge of Spanish at B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (MECERL).
• For enrollment, no special conditions or tests are planned beyond the general conditions set by the basic state regulations.
