Grado en Relaciones Laborales Y Recursos Humanos Eu de Relaciones Laborales de Zamora

The Grado en Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos trains students for work in labor relations and human resources. Students study subjects covering professional activity in areas such as legal and socio-labor advice and representation for companies and unions, mediation and intervention in the labor market, and the development of labor policies and Social Security and Employment Protection policies. The degree also addresses human resources management in public and private organizations.

The degree lasts 4 years and totals 240 ECTS. It is structured into basic training subjects (60 ECTS), compulsory subjects (135 ECTS), elective subjects (27 ECTS), external work placements in companies (12 ECTS), and a final degree project (6 ECTS). External placements are completed with partner organizations, including Asesorías y Gestorías, city councils, provincial councils, unions, temporary work companies, banks and financial entities, insurance companies, mutual labor organizations, and other companies.
