Grado en Relaciones Laborales Y Recursos Humanos Facultad de Ciencias Sociales

The Grado en Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos at Universidad de Salamanca prepares students to work in labour relations and human resources. Students study the dynamics of work organization, labour relations, and the appropriate management of human resources in private and public companies. The program aims to develop skills for advising and providing legal and socio-labour representation in companies and unions, mediation and intervention in the labour market, and development of labour policies and social protection and Social Security policies.

The degree lasts 4 years and totals 240 ECTS. It is structured into basic training subjects (60 ECTS), compulsory subjects (135 ECTS), elective subjects (27 ECTS), external work placements in companies (12 ECTS), and a final dissertation (6 ECTS). Placements involve partner employers and institutions such as the Official College of Graduates in Social Studies, law and management firms, municipalities, provincial councils, unions, temporary work companies, banks and financial entities, insurance companies, and mutual labour companies. The university also offers a double degree with Management of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.
