Grado en Seguridad

The Grado en Seguridad at Universidad de Salamanca integrates security studies with legal and technical competencies. It includes training in geotechnologies such as satellites and drones, computational vision, positioning systems, 3D modeling, and terrestrial scanners, as well as new information technologies such as spatial big data, geographic information systems, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and virtual reality.

Studies run for four academic years (240 ECTS). The curriculum is organized into basic training subjects (60 ECTS), required subjects (162 ECTS), elective subjects (12 ECTS), and the Trabajo Fin de Grado (6 ECTS). The degree belongs to the knowledge area “Interdisciplinar”.

• For admission, there are no special conditions or tests beyond the general requirements set by the basic state regulations.
• If the student’s mother tongue is not Spanish, it is mandatory to provide evidence of a B2 level of the Marco Común Europeo de Referencia para las Lenguas (MECERL).
• Applicants with partial official university studies who want admission to this degree must consult the requirements in the section “Traslado de expediente” of the Guía Académica of the degree.

• Basic knowledge of English to work with legislative and scientific texts of an international nature.
