The Grado en Derecho (online) is an online law degree where you study the legal system and learn to apply laws with rigour and judgement. You focus on reading and understanding norms, codes, and laws, building legal arguments, advising people, companies, or institutions on legal matters, and supporting procedures involving both public and private law.

Teaching runs through the UCAM Virtual Campus with live and recorded classes. You work with your professor throughout the programme. Exams are taken at one of the university’s examiner centres in Spain or abroad, with locations including Murcia, Cartagena, Málaga, Madrid, Barcelona, and Las Palmas. The programme has 240 ECTS and lasts 4 courses.

• Law practice as a lawyer (abogado/a) and as a court agent (procurador/a), including defending interests before courts and advising individuals or companies
• Judicial and fiscal career through competitive entry for positions such as judge (juez/a), prosecutor (fiscal), or legal officer of the Administration of Justice (letrado/a de la Administración de Justicia)
• Legal advisory roles in companies and institutions, including work in banking, insurance, and public and private sector entities
• Access to technical positions in the Public Administration and the option to take competitive examinations for international bodies
