The Master’s degree focuses on high-performance sports, with training in strength and physical conditioning. It is intended for graduates in Sports Sciences or related areas, aiming to build specific knowledge in strength training and physical conditioning, with an applied focus. The curriculum covers training optimization, conditioning and performance evaluation, applied biomechanics for health and training, and analysis of performance and game action processes.
The programme is delivered in a semipresencial format in Murcia and has 60 ECTS. It includes practical classes and features teaching from experienced staff connected to elite, field-based work. As part of the degree, students receive a certification book linked to NSCA (CPT or CSCS exam fee included) and complete a first aid and DESA course. The degree also includes training connected to the Barça Innovation Hub, with a specific certificate in strength training, from rehabilitation to performance.
Students receive the Master’s degree title in High Performance Sports: Strength and Physical Conditioning. The degree is described as accredited by NSCA - ERP. The programme also references practical learning through faculty-company placements.
