Master de Formacion Permanente en Liderazgo Humanista Para America Latina Y El Caribe

The Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca offers a Master de Formación Permanente en Liderazgo Humanista para América Latina y el Caribe with the aim of helping form the leaders that Latin America and the Caribbean need to build strong and inclusive democracies. Students study models of leadership, ethical and anthropological foundations of humanist leadership, a broad view of the world situation, and international institutional architecture, including relations between Latin America and the Caribbean and the rest of the world.

The curriculum is delivered through a virtual modality and totals 60 credits. It is structured in two semesters plus a Master’s Final Project. Semester 1 covers topics such as inclusive attention to disability, ageing, and mental illness; education as a driver of social change; integral ecology for the care of the common home; and digitalisation and transformation of work. Semester 2 includes macroeconomic keys in the international order, compliance and anti-corruption policies, social economy, entrepreneurship and fundraising, leadership and negotiation, and networking for innovation and creativity.
