The Master’s in Development, Management and Sustainable Tourism Policy (in-person) trains students in planning and management of sustainable tourism policies. It focuses on applying sustainability in tourism management, designing strategies that support social, economic and environmental regeneration of territories, and balancing the needs of the environment, local communities and visitors. The program includes 60 ECTS.
It is delivered as an in-person master’s degree with a duration of 1 course. Students work on applied research projects and on strategies that connect economics, global policy, digital environments and tourism sustainability. The training also develops autonomous learning and critical thinking for sustainability policy management, and it integrates ethical principles for research and knowledge management.
