Master Direccion Estrategica Proyectos Mudep

The Master’s program is an online Master Universitario in Strategic Project Management (MUDEP). It focuses on how organizations manage projects across the full cycle: strategic business formulation and planning, deployment and adaptation through a project portfolio, and operational application using project or product development teams with predictive, adaptive, or agile approaches.

The program is delivered online and has 60 ECTS. It includes work on project portfolios and practical application in real projects, with live masterclasses with professionals. It also includes company placements.
