This online permanent training master focuses on direction and management for clubs and schools of racket sports, covering tennis, padel, and pickleball. It trains students for strategic planning and for organizing events, plus sports development, leadership, and the implementation of innovative technologies. The program aims to prepare professionals to lead change in sports organizations.

Teaching is delivered online with a virtual platform as the main access point for educational materials, available asynchronously and supported by live sessions. Online exams are used. Practical work includes agreements with clubs and academies across the country. Students also take part in practical activities and educational trips, including an optional three-day experience visiting high-level centers in Murcia and Alicante; these visits are not included in the price.
