This online permanent training master, in Dirección y Gestión de Recursos Humanos, trains students to manage people and develop human resources practices. It focuses on HR tools, methodologies, and techniques, with an emphasis on legal and regulatory knowledge for effective people management in organizations.
The program has 60 ECTS and is delivered online. It covers strategic HR management, talent attraction and retention, HR procedures linked to competitiveness and occupational health, and HR analysis and diagnosis using tools such as the balanced scorecard and HR audits. It also addresses HR regulations, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and adapting to new technologies.
It is intended for professionals with experience in Personnel and/or HR who want to update and deepen their knowledge; managers and executives whose work involves direct or indirect people leadership; and graduates or postgraduates preparing to lead people or take on responsibility in HR.
