Master en Literatura Hispanoamericana Y Su Aplicacion a La Docencia Upsa Fidescu Reune a 26 Alumnos en Salamanca

The Master in Hispanic American Literature and Its Application to Teaching is a specialized degree offered between the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca (UPSA) and the Fundación para la Investigación y Desarrollo de la Cultura Española (FIDESCU). It focuses on the study of essential texts in Hispanic American literature, the critical view of different movements and trends across history, and the didactics of these contents for classroom teaching.

This international program is taught in a blended format that alternates online training with in-person practical classes. The online part ran from October to June, and the in-person part starts at UPSA and continues until 22 July. Participants stay in Salamanca for two weeks to complete the virtual training they received earlier.

The program is aimed at people who want to complete philology training or advance toward doctoral study, and it includes a focus on preparing students to work as teachers in this field.
