The Master in Management and Leadership of Educational Centers is a permanent training master offered online. It focuses on analyzing, understanding, designing, and evaluating the identity of educational institutions and turning it into the Educational Project as a strategic document. It also covers the legal and organizational foundation for decision-making in school leadership, plus tools for strategic communication and educational marketing.

The course is delivered online and includes 60 ECTS over 1 course. It trains future educational leaders to implement and consolidate quality management models oriented to continuous improvement and educational excellence, plan and evaluate human, economic, and material resources, and design organizational structures, governing bodies, and center projects. Students also develop a leadership project that connects diagnosis, strategic planning, resources, and improvement indicators.
