The Master in Operations and Supply Chain Management in Barcelona is an official, RUCT-registered program that equips students with strategic vision and analytical expertise for operations and global logistics. It covers operations and supply chain strategy and finance, operations management, and project management, plus digital transformation topics such as business intelligence, AI, data and analytics, and supply chains 4.0.
Students study through a structured program with multiple modules across strategic, operational, and tactical levels. The program includes an experiential component with real-world projects and industry partnerships, plus an exclusive week-long immersion at the Zaragoza Logistics Hub. The program concludes with a final capstone project that applies knowledge to a real-world problem within the student’s area of expertise.
