The Master in Operations and Supply Chain Management in Malta (MSc) is designed to build strategic vision and analytical expertise for operations and global logistics. The curriculum combines operations management, finance for management, and teamwork and project management, then moves into strategic management and analytics, economics and geopolitics, and operations and supply chains strategy and finance. It also covers fundamental supply chain management, supply chains and finance, and supply chain management trends and best practices.
Learning is delivered through a morning and afternoon schedule and includes digital transformation modules such as Digital Transformation, Innovation and Technology, Business Intelligence in the Era of Big Data and AI, and Supply Chains 4.0 for Digital Consumers. Students study inventory, strategic sourcing and supplier management, international logistics and transport, and transportation and logistics topics including S&OP and third-party logistics. A Final Project (capstone) applies course learning to a real-world operations and supply chain problem.
