The Online Master in Tourism and Hospitality Management builds skills to understand how global tourism trends shape strategy, industry impact, and sustainable innovation. You study areas including International Tourism and Hospitality Management, Sustainable Tourism Development, Sustainable Innovation: Leading the Future Responsibly, Event Planning in Tourism, Digital Marketing, Destination Management & Tourism Product Conception, and Operations and Touristic Facilities Management. You also cover Strategic Food & Beverage Management, Innovation and Venture Development, and Transformative Leadership and Change Management.
The program runs for 9 months in an online format with flexible study. It includes interactive online courses, live interactive sessions and group discussions, practical projects, and expert guidance. Assessment includes a Business Simulation Project in Transformation and Innovation and a Capstone Master Project in Tourism Management, where students complete an organisational analysis or audit, a case study, or original research on a topic of interest.
This lifelong learning master’s awards a Master of Arts in Future Tourism Management. It is designed for students who have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or who are finalising it, or who can demonstrate a high level of relevant professional experience, alongside proof of English proficiency.
