The Master in Permanent Training in Online Leadership and Directives Skills in the Ibero-American Space is an online program from Universidad Católica San Antonio. It is designed by the UCAM Faculty of Social Sciences and Communication to train leaders with a global view and skills suited to the cultural, political, and business reality of the region. The course emphasizes strategic thinking, analysis, judgment, planning, and interpersonal skills, as well as communication, inspiration, and persuasion.
The program is delivered online and has 60 ECTS. It includes academic content linked to leadership needs in the Ibero-American context, including interdisciplinary topics for leading private companies, international institutions, public administrations, and non-governmental organizations. It also includes an online attendance structure through the UCAM online methodology, with support tools available in the student portal.
It is aimed at graduates from any discipline, mainly in Law, International Relations, Tourism, Economics, Business Administration, European Studies, Communication, Sociology, Political Science, other Social Sciences and Humanities degrees, and STEM degrees.
