Master Nutricion Seguridad Alimentaria Semipresencial

The Master’s in Nutrition and Food Safety (Semipresential) at Universidad Católica San Antonio is a postgraduate program with a focus on quality control and food safety. It includes content connected to food defense, IFS, HACCP, ISO, and the use of AI applied to the food industry, alongside work in food analysis and production process control.

Teaching is delivered in a semipresential format and includes exams and practical work available online. The program is organized around completing external internships in companies with agreements with the university, plus more than 90 hours of practical training. It is offered as one course of 60 ECTS, with the university also providing direct access to a doctoral thesis.
