Master Podologia Clinica Deportiva

The Master in Clinical and Sports Podiatry is a permanent training master that focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of the foot in different patient groups, including children, diabetic patients, and sports patients. It aims to help students acquire current skills for managing these patients, including clinical tests, therapeutic tools, and follow-up for common conditions.

Study is delivered in a semipresential format and totals 60 ECTS over 1 course. The program includes practical learning through practices in facilities of the Catholic University of Murcia, using technology and materials described as advanced for podiatry. The curriculum also includes a training module from Barça Innovation Hub and, for this master, a certificate in Lower Limb Tendinopathy.

To be admitted to this master, the graduate/diploma profile must meet the following characteristics:

• Capacity for work, effort, and dedication.
• Capacity for dialogue and teamwork.
• Interest in the field of pediatric podiatry, diabetic foot, and sports performance.
• Commitment to the study dedication regime required for the follow-up of the master.
• Be in possession of the title of Diplomado or Graduado in Podiatry, or another equivalent issued by an institution of higher education.

• Private practice in clinics and multidisciplinary centers.
• Diabetic foot units.
• Sports events with podiatry service.
• Hospitals with services requesting a similar profile to the modules taught.
• Elite sports clubs.
