Master Produccion Musical

The Master in Music Production is a permanent training master’s programme focused on music production. Students study techniques of composition, music production, artistic development, and the different aspects involved in creating and recording a musical work, with theoretical and practical learning delivered together.

The programme runs in a semipresential format and has 60 ECTS across 1 course. Training includes masterclasses given by recognized producers. Students also use facilities including a radio studio (iRadio), a sound laboratory, a TV studio, and other on-campus spaces such as Sala Mac.

After completing the studies, graduates can work as a music producer, mixing specialist technician, mastering technician, or a recording studio assistant.

This complete training is directed to any graduate of official university studies or equivalent higher non-university education to a Bachelor’s or official Master’s degree, national or foreign, without the need for homologation of their degrees. Admission depends on the University verifying that those qualifications provide an equivalent level of training to the corresponding Spanish official university degrees and that they enable, in the issuing country, access to postgraduate studies.

It is especially aimed at graduates in Communication Audiovisual, Journalism, Musicology, Music Teaching, Telecommunications Engineering and Computer Engineering, and also graduates from the Professional Conservatory.
