IE University’s Master in Real Estate Development includes a third-term trip focused on city-making. Students expand their knowledge of the relationship between real estate, innovation, and the reshaping of a city through visits and structured learning activities in Berlin and Hamburg.
The Germany programme includes an agenda with Hamburg and Berlin learning days. In Hamburg, students attend HafenCity presentations, an Elbphilharmonie tour, and a master class at Instituto Cervantes, plus networking with students from Master Real Estate & Leadership and School Business Administration Hamburg. In Berlin, students complete master classes, campus and site visits, and networking related to the impact of real estate in making a city.
