This Master’s Degree focuses on the role of philosophy in Ayurveda. It explains how to distinguish different aspects of consciousness, health, and wellness from an Ayurvedic perspective, including constitutional types, basic physiological functions, and the role of Ayurvedic nutrition in health. It also covers how to apply the concept of Agni in digestion and metabolism for health maintenance, and relates the history of Ayurveda to the Vedas and its philosophy (Vedanta).
The program is delivered online via distance learning for adults and professionals. It provides specialized training through courses related directly to the student’s concentration. The structure is 70% textbooks and 30% project, with a final project or thesis included as part of research methodology. Duration ranges from 9 to 12 months.
