Master S Degree Bioethics

This Master’s Degree in Bioethics focuses on the balance between benefits, harm, and duties that result from advances, policy, and practice in biology and medicine. It covers morals and ethics in the physician–patient relationship, organ donation and transplantation, assisted reproductive techniques, genetic research, death and dying, disability issues, clinical trials with humans and animals, and environmental concerns.

The programme is delivered online via distance learning. It includes specialized training with practical knowledge and specific skills in courses connected to the student’s concentration. The structure is 70% textbooks and 30% project, and the composition includes Bioethics Online (45 academic credits) plus research methodology and a final project or thesis (13 academic credits), with a total of 36 to 54 academic credits.

• Admission is open for adults over 25 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent (3 to 4 years of study) is required for admission.
